Reality Tours
Reality Tours offer participants an in-depth look at the reality of destination countries through direct observation of the host society. Participants learn about the country's history, politics, economy, religion, government, health care, agriculture, education, and environment, all while participating in exciting cultural activities. We also arrange and sponsor delegations focused on women's, veteran's, professional, youth, and other interest groups' issues, or focused on a particular event such as election activities and festivals.

We teach languages such as English, Spanish, Italian and Russian live over the Internet. We have ten classes every day. Each class lasts two hours, one hour on-line with your teacher, and one hour for assignments, homework and exercises which you will be asked to prepare for the next lesson. UCSD - Travel Study Language Program
UCSD Extension Travel Study program gives students the opportunity to live the language in Mexico, Spain, Italy and France. Students live the language by learning it where it's spoken. Moreover, they carefully select host families that complement the cultural immersion experience. Programs are available to all levels and range from weekend and week-long courses in Ensenada, to two weeks and longer in Guadalajara, Madrid, Salamanca, Paris and Florence. UCSD Extension credit is available. We offer flexible start dates each month. And the cost varies depending on program.
