Where: Nepal
The focus of the program is the homestay
located 5 hours from
Kathmandu
Valley, where we will live and work with
families on a community development
project. You will participate actively
in the daily life of the village,
beginning each day with language lessons
before heading to the work site to help
build a school. |

Setting Though one of the smallest countries in the world,
Nepal boasts the highest mountain and
the deepest valley, as well as an
astonishing array of animal and plant
life. The extreme variations in
altitude have created a wide range of
environments, from lush, steamy jungles
and subtropical grassland savannas to
barren, freezing mountain peaks.
Nepal’s varied geography has also
contributed to a high level of ethnic
and religious diversity. On this

beautiful landscapes, as well as
different ethnic communities through
homestays and visits.
